1. Is the delivery free or not free?
The delivery is free for every order, which value is minimum than 35 pounds. To count the sum which qualify an order to free delivery we don’t count an alcohol. If the sum of the products is less than 35 pounds, the costs of order depends on distance, the client is informing before an order realization and it will be add in the costs of buy the products. 2 When the delivery is the same day?
Every order which was ordered before 12.00 should be realize the same day, in case that client gives exact personal data and the address for delivery in a case to make easy it.
3. Can the client decide about the delivery time?
Yes, when you are making an order you determine the delivery time. We realize the delivery : 19-21 or 21-23. In case when the post code is faraway from our shop we suggest later delivery time.
4. Do you transport an order to…?

5. How should I pay for my shopping?
You can pay on three ways: to transfer (money) into an account, by cards or cash, at delivery an order.
6. Where is the shop, if I want to do the shopping in person?

7.Do I have receive my packet in person?
No, there isn’t such necessity. If you pay by card, it is enough when there will be somebody who can take the shopping from our driver. If you choose to pay by cash than the person who collect a shipment, had to pay , there isn’t any necessity to deliver it in person if the payment was made by Protx or by cheque payment the receiver had to present the receipt.
8. If I do the shopping in person at your shop is it possible to get it at address?
Yes there is such possibility, if an order, will be more than 35 pounds then it will deliver at evenings hours.
9.Do you guarantee the quality and freshness your products?
Yes. Our shop is famous that we attach attention on quality selling products.
10.Can I get any confirmation of my order?
The confirmation of every order which was made online should be automatically during few minutes on your postbox. If the confirmation won’t come after one hour please call to us. Our number 02072757045.
11. Are the pork-butcher's products package hermetically?
Yes the pork- butcher’s products are prepare individual for every client, they are slice and package hermetically before the delivery. That’s why the client can buy any quantity of pork-butcher’s products- as well in piece and also in slice.
12. Is it possible to make an order the products which aren’t in your offer?
Yes. It is possible but just in person at our shop. If it isn’t so popular product there is such possibility to get an advance on the order.
