-in person at our shop

4. After making  an order on the website www.polsmak.co.uk by the form the client by e-mail gets an information connected with an order

5.  The sales agrement according to complex and confirm an order is  conclude in Polish or English.

 6. Alcohol products we selling only for people over 18's  . Our curier  will check customer ID on the delivery.

2. Fulfilment of an order

1. We fulfilment an order just by successful confirmation by returning email, verification  and confirmation an order is the same working day or next day- in case of making an order in the afternoons or evenings hours.

2. The confirmation of  an order include following information:

-  name of the product

- quantity of the elements ordered

- way of deliver

- delivery deadline;

-costs of a delivery

-full costs of order

-form of paying

1The  price of  every  product  in our shop is gross price.

4. Commodity transport

1.  An ordered product is  deliver by courier and very often it is deliver next working  day or even the same day if  the  place an order was until 12 o’clock.

2.A receipt of commodity you had to sign a receipt for courier your  signature, any  comments connected with discrepancy and commodity you had to notify  to our shop.

5. Costs and  delivery time

1.   In clear way during confirmation an order is giving full delivery time for every order with possible delivery payment .

2. The time of delivery  for most orders is from 24 working hours- together with confirmation.

The consultant of the shop is giving approximate delivery day- if this term may change . The client is informing immediatelly .

3.In case , lack of commodity in warehouse client is informing about it, in this case even can resign or can accept  later delivery  term or choose similar product.

4.Making an order is synonymous with the agreement on every decision and information which are include in above regulations.
